Cate supports the team in helping singles navigate the path to love and building partnerships that help deliver The Love Collectives brand message across the UK.

CEO of The Love Collective Global and Tailor Matched, Sarah Louise Ryan, is a leading Dating & Relationship Expert, International Matchmaker & Psychotherapist working with singles and couples, since 2011. Sarah is a Dating Expert for Match Group, a regular TV & BBC Radio contributor and supporter of research in the field of interpersonal relating. A go-to Dating & Relationship Expert in worldwide media, Sarah has been featured in Vogue, GQ, CNN, Forbes, CBS News, The Times, Psychologies and more.

Our Community Co-ordinator at The Love Collective and Tailor Matched, Charlie brings together creativity and strategy to help shape our brands. Charlie leads our social media marketing, creating content that reflects the services on offer. You’ll find her at singles events, behind the scenes, or sharing insights on modern dating through our blog.

Aisa has been working with our dating brands by diving deep into what singles truly want, need, and long for in dating. Working across our marketing channel, she focuses on building a thriving community of singles through engagement, events, and customer service. She helps bring singles together through events, conversations, and meaningful community experiences.

Sophie has been holding space for our wonderful community online and offline as a 1-2-1 coach and community events host. Trained Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner & Life Coach. Supporting creative women from the boardroom to the bedroom to grow their confidence and 'crush the can't' in their heads so they can be, do and have anything they want. Bryony is a qualified Person-Centred counsellor working with individuals. She is a natural empath and all-round kind human being helping support individuals to live a fulfilling, happy life. She is an asset to the LCG team.

Purpose-driven, Bryony leads with love and a non-judgementalness. She is the mortar between our matchmaking bricks to ensure each client has what they need on their journey to finding and building a loving relationship. She is also available for 1-2-1 therapy sessions for those who want to overcome hurdles to living a life they love too.

Laura is a matchmaker and dating coach with over 20 years of experience in helping people navigate their love-life journey. She combines her expertise, qualifications, and personal stories to guide singles toward dating with confidence, excitement, and joy, free from desperation, fatigue, and hopelessness.

Maria Pitney, MSc (Bus), MBA (Fin), FFA, FFTA, ACCA, brings a comprehensive background in accounting combined with strong financial, analytical and organisational skills. In addition, delivers a consistently high level of service to the clients.

Delivering online and in person wellness events for singles seeking to find deeply compatible love. Fizz specialises as a wellness coach and has been part of our team since 2024.
